Seasonal Full-time Employee Sample Clauses

Seasonal Full-time Employee is a person employed on a regular full-time basis in a regularly reoccurring seasonal position. The employee gains seniority in the same manner as casual and temporary employees gain seniority and earn recall rights to the position they hold.

Seasonal Full-time Employee. A seasonal full-time employee shall serve a probationary period of 1040 hours worked. Upon the successful completion of his probationary period, seniority shall be accumulated in units of hours worked. It is understood that hours will be accumulated from season to season.
Seasonal Full-time Employee. A seasonal full-time employee shall mean and refer to an employee who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty hours per week during a given season.
Seasonal Full-time Employee an employee occupying a permanent position who works full-time hours as per Article 1.02(a), for a scheduled period each year.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Seasonal Employee Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.
