Common use of Seasonal Employees Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Employees. A seasonal Employee is an Employee who is categorized as a seasonal Employee on the Employer’s payroll records.

Seasonal Employees. A seasonal Employee employee is an Employee who a person hired to fill a position where the nature of the service is categorized as a seasonal Employee on such that it is not continuous throughout the Employer’s payroll recordsyear but recurs in each successive year.

Seasonal Employees. A seasonal Employee employee is an Employee a person who is categorized engaged to provide additional labour during periods of identified operational need. A seasonal employee may be engaged as a seasonal Employee on the Employer’s payroll recordsfull-time or part-time employee but must be for a specified term.
