Seasonal Employee. a. Seasonal employee shall mean a regular employee whose appointment is created due to seasonal requirements for a period not exceeding ten (10) calendar months in duration. An employee’s appointment may be extended beyond ten (10) months with the written approval of the Union Standing Committee. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
