Common use of Seasonal Employee Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Employee. For the purpose of this Collective Bargaining Agreement, a “seasonal employee” shall mean and refer to someone employed to work for a given season for the purpose of mowing, collecting yard waste or other traditional summer duties, or to assist in snow removal.
