Search Engine Optimisation. 11.1 A Boy Is No One does not guarantee listings on Search Engines and the Client accepts that it is the Search Engine company and not A Boy Is No One that determines whether to list a website or not and at what place in the listings the site should be returned.
Search Engine Optimisation. The provisions of this clause 11 are only applicable where the Services expressly include Search Engine Optimisation of the Website. The Client authorises NRW to submit details of the Website to the Search Engines. NRW must submit the Website to the Search Engines within 45 days following the development of the Website by NRW. If the Client wishes NRW to submit the Website to search engines which require payment of a fee for listing a website, or require payment of a fee to expedite the listing of a website, the Client shall be responsible for all fees payable to the relevant Search Engine associated with such submissions and listings in respect of the Website, and the Client must pay all such fees in advance to NRW. NRW must notify and obtain the approval of the Client to any such fees prior to submitting the Website to the fee-charging search engines. The parties acknowledge that the Client desires, and has engaged NRW with the object of, having the Website listed on the first page of the Search Engines’ natural or unpaid (also known as organic) results for searches carried out with the Search Engines using the Client Keywords. NRW must, in the course of providing the Services, use its best endeavours to assist the Client secure first page Search Engine result rankings, but does not guarantee that the Website will be listed on the first page of the Search Engine results, in respect of the Client Keywords. NRW may employ any legal techniques it chooses to employ in the course of providing the Services. NRW is not obligated to disclose to the Client the techniques used by NRW as part of the Services. Search Engine Optimisation. We don’t guarantee improvements to your website’s search engine ranking, but the web pages we develop are accessible to search engines for indexation, unless otherwise stipulated by us elsewhere in this contract or in a prior agreement/communication. We do offer additional SEO services for our clients, which are invoiced at an hourly rate of £45 + VAT per hour. Our SEO work is only invoiced after we have achieved the agreed results discussed for a period of 1 month. A monthly maintenance charge is required for our ongoing SEO support and work for your chosen keywords. Technical support We are here to help. We will offer technical support during the project to you as you require. You, as our client can ask questions along the way. You may already have professional web site hosting; you might even manage that hosting in-house; if that’s the case, great. If you don’t manage your own website, we can offer website hosting solutions for you. We would charge you a one-off fee for installing your site on any 3rd party server, plus any statistics software such as Google Analytics for example. These prices are provided on a quote by quote basis, based on our hourly rate of £45 + VAT per hour. Thereafter, any updates to, and management of that server, plus any support issues of this 3rd party server will be up to you our client to handle with your selected 3rd party company. If you have chosen to use Primal Space for your website hosting, any technical support of your server is included in the price of our website hosting service. Legal stuff We can’t guarantee that the functions contained in any web page templates or in a completed web site will always be error-free. Hence, we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this web site and any other web pages, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages. We’ll carry out our work in accordance with industry best practice and at the standard expected from a suitably qualified person with relevant experience. We always ensure our work is completed to the highest possible standard. These Terms of Engagement, together with the Proposal and Requirements documents, constitute the entire agreement between Primal Space and the Client in relation to the services being provided, and supersede all earlier communications. Whilst we endeavour to ensure your positions on search engines remain as high as possible through our work, we cannot be responsible for any search engine’s re-indexing and any effects this may have on a web site’s page ranking, and or subsequent effect financially on your business.
