The Signed, Sealed and Scanned Copy of all the Documents as stated in Clause 10 shall be attached to the e – Tender Document, failing which the Bid will not be considered. It is the Responsibility of the Tenderer to submit all the Documents pertaining to Eligibility Criteria / Qualification Information / Design Details with due diligence. All the Pages of the Document shall be serially numbered with an Index for ready reference.
