SEAL OF THE COMPANY. 57. The Seal of the Company shall not be affixed to any instrument except over the signature of (i) a Director and the Secretary, or (ii) any two (2) Directors or (iii) a person appointed by the Board Directors for the purpose of executing such instrument; provided that the Secretary may affix the Seal of the Company over the Secretary’s signature to any authenticated copies of these Bye-Laws, the incorporating documents of Company, the notice and the minutes of any meetings or any other documents as may be required to be authenticated by the Secretary and to any instrument which the Board of Directors has specifically approved beforehand.
