SEAL OF THE COMPANY. 57. The Seal of the Company shall not be affixed to any instrument except over the signature of a Director and the Secretary or any two Directors or the signature of some person appointed by the Directors for the purpose; provided that the Secretary may affix the Seal of the Company over his signature only to any authenticated copies of these Bye-Laws, the incorporating documents of the Company, the minutes of any meetings or any other documents required to be authenticated by him and to any instrument which a Meeting of the Directors has specifically approved beforehand.
