Screening Services. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Work Plan, during the Screening Term, PPI shall screen compounds provided by BI.
Screening Services. The following additional terms and conditions apply to the Screening Services:
Screening Services. NCTC will compile and provide to the Trust a list of issuers in which the Funds will be prohibited from investing under the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) social witness principles (the “Restricted List”). The Restricted List will be developed by NCTC in cooperation with the Mission Responsibility Through Investing (“MRTI”) committee of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA). The Restricted List will be updated at least annually, although issuers may occasionally be added or removed from the list in the interim. NCTC shall promptly provide written notice to the Funds of changes to the Restricted List. NCTC shall provide the Restricted List in a format to be agreed between the Trust and NCTC. NCTC will also provide administrative and consulting services to the Funds regarding the Restricted List, including assisting with respect to implementation of modifications or enhancements to the list.
Screening Services. Service Provider understands that NLACRC is utilizing a third party vendor, OIG Compliance Now (OIG/CN), to screen service providers to verify eligibility for vendorization pursuant to WIC Section 4648.12 (which is the enabling statute for the DS 1891 Form). Service Provider also understands that OIG Compliance Now will have access to all information provided by the Service Provider, and that OIG Compliance Now may contact Service Provider directly if necessary.
Screening Services. If the Services provided to Client include prospective resident application services (the “Prospective Tenant Application Services”), the prospective resident screening services related thereto (“Screening Services”) are provided by a third party screening services provider (the “Third Party Screening Provider”) pursuant to a Third Party Screening Provider Agreement that Client has entered into or will enter into with the applicable Third Party Screening Provider prior to commencement of provision of Screening Services. The Screening Services are subject to the following Additional Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into the Client Services Agreement entered into by and between Aptexx, Inc. and Client, in addition to the Third Party Screening Provider Agreement entered into by and between Client and the applicable Third Party Screening Provider.
Screening Services. The Contractor shall further screen persons with an interest in the position to determine whether they are Qualified.
