SCOPE OF WORK, DELIVERABLES & TIMELINES. 1. Details of work (SoW) The successful commissioning of the project requires the System Integrator (SI) to provide quality & timely services. The bidders are strongly advised to carefully read the Scope of Work. The broad scope of work for the SI during the period of contract/engagement would be supply, installation and commissioning of ordered items at different locations under the project with warranty of the items as mentioned in technical specification. The rate quoted by the bidder for each item mentioned in the tender shall remain valid for purchase by RISL for a period of one year and may be extended by 3 months on mutual acceptance on same terms and conditions subject to price fall clause. The detailed scope of work for the SI during the period of contract/ engagement would include the following: -

RISL intends to enter into a rate contract for a period of 24 (Twenty four) months with professional and competent firms conducting and managing Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery using 3D projection techniques, AR/VR initiatives, Interactive Floor / Wall etc. for various events/ experience centres at different locations which would be organized / identified by RISL / DoIT&C. The list of product/ equipment‟s for Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery envisaged for rate contract has been annexed at Annexure-1 (Bill of Material). The rate contract may further be extended for a period of three months based on the mutual consent with the selected bidder.

RISL intends to enter into a rate contract for a period of 24 (Twenty four) months with professional and competent firms for setting up, conducting and managing Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery using 3D projection techniques, AR/VR initiatives, Interactive Floor / Wall etc. at various permanent locations* (Digital Museum) in the state of Rajasthan. The list of product/ equipment‟s for set-up of Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery envisaged for rate contract has been annexed at Annexure-1 (Bill of Material). The rate contract may further be extended for a period of three months based on the mutual consent with the selected bidder. Note: - * Currently, It has been envisaged that the permanent set-up of Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery would be done for Jaipur.

The rate contract will be entered for the items as given in Bill of Material (Annexure-1) with specifications given in (Annexure-2). The exact quantities of USB Cryptographic Token with drivers to be supplied will be specified in the individual work order(s) to be provided under this Rate Contract. However, the detailed scope of work is given below.

SURVEY, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION, COMMISSIONING AND WARRANTY/ MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT AT SPECIFIED LOCATIONS Survey of Site and Preparation of Layout Document:The selected bidder shall within 20 days from this order, visit and survey the site and prepare a detailed Layout Document. Selected bidder shall take into consideration the following parameters for preparation of layout document.
SCOPE OF WORK, DELIVERABLES & TIMELINES. 4.1 Details of Work (SoW) RISL intends to engage qualified and competent CERT-In empanelled IT Security Audit Agency (ies) under this rate contract to undertake Security Audit for a period of One (1) year / validity of empanelment of selected IT Security Audit Agency by CERT-In whichever is earlier of website(s) / web enabled application(s) of Government of Rajasthan and issue of Safe to Host Certification. Anytime during the period of this Rate Contract (i.e. from the date of signing of agreement for Rate Contract), RISL may place purchase order(s) to selected IT Security Audit Agency. This Rate Contract may further be extended for a period of One (1) year with the selected CERT-In empanelled IT Security Audit Agency with mutual consent / validity of empanelment of selected IT Security Audit Agency by CERT-In whichever is earlier. Mention below is the categorization of the to be audited by IT Security Agency as part of this Rate Contract –
SCOPE OF WORK, DELIVERABLES & TIMELINES. There are 33 districts in the state having around 68.86 Lakh land holdings. The proposed work of soil sample analysis & preparation of soil health cards of around 8.0 Lakh soil samples is to be done in 60 days at the space provided by the department. The bidding parties are invited for providing services to analyse the soil samples for EC, pH, N,P,K along with secondary nutrient Sulphur & micronutrients (Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn.), doing data entry, printing, lamination of Soil Health Card and handing over the ready soil health cards to respective district officials.
