Common use of Scope of Traffic Clause in Contracts

Scope of Traffic. Section 5 prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Traffic Exchange Trunks”) to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Section 4 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, Transit Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA 800/888 traffic, InterLATA Toll Traffic (to the extent applicable), and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

Scope of Traffic. Section 5 5.0 prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “"Traffic Exchange Trunks”") to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Section 4 4.0 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, Transit Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA 800/888 traffic, InterLATA Toll Traffic (to the extent applicable), and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ ' respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.
