Common use of SCOPE OF THE WORK Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF THE WORK. The Artist must furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work for the Pianos About Town Project as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications attached as Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference into this Agreement (the “Project”). The Project consists in general terms of painting a mural on all sides of an upright piano, including designing the mural, priming the piano, and interacting with the visiting community while painting in a public location. The Artist’s work must be of high quality, in compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship, and in conformity with this Agreement.
