Common use of SCOPE OF THE WORK Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF THE WORK. CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish, except as may be otherwise provided herein, all labor, services, means of construction, and material required for, and to construct, install, complete, and finish this Project in the most workmanlike and substantial manner, to the satisfaction in every respect of the Project Architect or other designated representative of MnSCU, with the time herein specified, all in accordance with the terms of this AGREEMENT and the Drawings, Specifications, the General Conditions and the Supplementary General Conditions of the Work, and special provisions, including all Addenda, pertaining to this Project, which are made a part of this AGREEMENT as though fully set forth herein.
