Scope of the Technical Clarification Meetings.  Correctness, accuracy of the supply - to ensure that the scope of supply is as agreed and to intent of the contract.  Dimensional comparison with the existing plant within the limits of both the Contractor's and Employer's knowledge.  Interchange ability review. - To check on differences between the Units of the respective plant that might have an impact on interchange ability. Develop solutions where determined necessary to ensure that parts can be interchanged with limited adjustment on site. - Review interfacing kits that can make individual components interchangeable where applicable.  Integrity - Confirmation of NDE method and acceptance criteria to be performed. - Stress analysis of major components or alternative to satisfy integrity of the supplied design. This can be carried out on a generic basis per component and is expected to be based upon existing documentations available for those components.  Quality - Quality check lTP is in line with lTP programme  The state in which the components will be delivered - Oversize or undersize areas - Packaging and preservation - Cradle designs - Designs of assembly stands - Lifting and rigging arrangements Designs are subject to availability at the time of technical verification meeting. There will then be a separate design review for the cradle, assembly and lifting arrangements.
