Common use of Scope of the Licence Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Licence. 2.1 This LICENCE is granted to provide SERVICE as defined in Para 2.2 of this LICENCE Agreement on a non-exclusive basis and others can also be granted LICENCE for the same SERVICE. Provided always that the LICENSOR, of its own or through a designated Authority, has a right to operate the SERVICE anywhere in India.
