Common use of Scope of the Licence Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Licence. 2.1 This LICENCE is granted to provide SERVICE as defined in Para 2.2 of this LICENCE AGREEMENT, on a non-exclusive basis in the designated SERVICE AREA and others can also be granted LICENCE for the said SERVICE in the same Service Area. Provided further that the LICENSOR, of its own or through a DESIGNATED OPERATOR, shall always have a right to operate the SERVICE anywhere in India including the service area for which this licence is granted. Details of various service areas are enclosed as Annexure-VI.
