A Contract should only be awarded for more than four years if it is in line with project and system requirements, best value can be demonstrated, and it is justifiable - but not to circumvent the rules.  AWARD OF FRAMEWORK The Framework Agreement was awarded using the award criteria: CRITERIA WEIGHTING Price 60% Service: 40% - Customer Support – 50% - Case Studies and Personnel – 12.5% - Project Methodology – 25% - Community Benefits – 12.5%  USERS This Framework can be used by any Local Authority or Housing Association.  SUPPLIERS The Providers on the Framework Agreement are: - Switch2 Energy Ltd - Pinnacle Power - Vital Energi  SUMMARY OF AVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES - Supply of Domestic and Non-Domestic Heat Meters, Bulk Meters, and Heat Cost Allocators - Supply, Installation and Commission of Heat Meters + Communication Module (with Installation of Prepay Shut-off Valve if required) - Annual Prepay Billing & Customer Care Service - Annual Credit Billing & Customer Care Service - Planned Meter Maintenance Service Only - Response Meter Maintenance Service Only - Training Packages - Consultancy ServicesADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to the above, Fife Council can provide a range of services direct to participating Councils ranging from procurement support, commercial and technical guidance specific to the scope of the Heat Metering and Billing Framework.
SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Agreement is made between the States Employment Board (SEB) and the recognised Trade Unions/Staff Associations listed in the attached Schedule. (Please refer to Appendix 2 for an illustration of the organisational structure of the Joint Council (attached); ⮚ the intent of this Agreement is to keep operational and departmental issues at a departmental level and avoid escalation to the Joint Council wherever possible. The Employer recognises the right of Trade Unions/Staff Associations to represent employees across a range of issues (including those subject to consultation and negotiation) as set out below. Whilst one of the main objectives of the Employer is to reduce the number of pay bargaining groups and harmonise pay, terms and conditions of service wherever practicable, unless agreed otherwise Unions will retain the recognition for the groups of employees they currently represent. .
SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Karolinska reserves the right to check that goods, software, and services provided by the Framework Agreement Supplier through the Framework Agreement are included in the scope of the Framework Agreement. Karolinska has the right to refuse goods, services, and software that, according to Karolinska's interpretation, are not included in the Framework Agreement. Service procurement varies greatly from experience. Therefore, it is not known how extensively the Framework Agreement will be utilised. The Client is under no obligation to procure any specific volume for the duration of the Framework Agreement. All of the Client's entities may use the Framework Agreement. On the basis of the Client's presence over large parts of the world, the Client reserves the right to procure services locally, if this is deemed appropriate in specific cases. The Client further reserves the right to procure services outside of the Framework Agreement.
