SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such number and type of school buses and personnel as are required to fulfill DISTRICT's needs for "Home-to School Transportation" and "Supplemental Transportation" as defined below and as provided in the documentation supplied and agreed upon as part the submission of Bid # 05-16.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. The Contractor shall, during the term of the Agreement, supply and maintain such school buses, in quantity and capacity, and personnel as are required to fulfill the District’s needs for “Basic Transportation” and “Supplemental Transportation” as set forth herein.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. The DaR transport service which is essentially a limited “demand-response” service whereby passengers are provided a scheduled door-door transport service provided by external Operator(s) in accordance with the provisions of a contract between the City of Cape Town (“the City”) and the Operator. Passengers may exhibit a range of physical challenges which need to be catered for and may request services which include commuting to and from work, educational facilities, hospitals, clinics, municipal facilities etc. and other business and personal related trips. The Operator shall provide the Services: • Exercising the highest degree of skill, care and diligence and to the standards expected of a Reasonable and Prudent Operator. • In accordance with all Applicable Laws and/ or other lawful and reasonable directions from the City from time to time, as contemplated in the Contract. • Using its best endeavours to avoid any unnecessary interruption or delay; and strictly in accordance with the Service Charter (as described in Annexure B) issued to it by the City.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. Platinum Consulting Group will be providing a variety of special projects as directed by the Finance Director, including implementation of a new financial and utility billing system.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. Contractor shall, during the term of this AGREEMENT, provide home to school and school to home transportation service for all regular education and special education students defined as eligible for receiving this service by the District. This may also, at the District's direction, include routing between schools and specific education programs before, during, or after the regular school day, and other supplemental services such as co-curricular and athletic trips. The Contractor shall provide such services, school buses, and personnel as required to fulfill District's needs for student transportation services as further described in the AGREEMENT.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. This Agreement shall cover the provision by the Agency of staff requested through various Schedules attached to this agreement, to the Clients for those positions required and needed by the Clients. Agency shall provide staffing services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Staffing services include temporary, permanent, interim, international, locum tenens, critical and rapid response, per diem and temp-to-perm personnel, regardless whether in employment of Agency or Client.
