SCOPE OF SERVICE TASKS - School Readiness Program. The CONTRACTOR shall serve as the “Primary Early Learning Services Contractor” to the COALITION. The C.E.O. shall be the liaison point of contact for all services under this contract. This contract provides School Readiness services to eligible children and families; services necessary to develop and to maintain a safe, cost effective, family friendly system that protects at-risk children; and assistance for families to become or remain economically self-sufficient. These services shall be provided to families who reside within Baker, Bradford, Clay, Nassau, Xxxxxx and St. Xxxxx Counties, State of Florida, for the time period specified in the contract. The major goals of these services are: to prevent the abuse and neglect of children; to assist families to become or remain economically self-sufficient; and to prepare children to enter school ready to learn. The School Readiness program is also responsible for the quality enhancement /improvement of early learning providers/practitioners. Authority for School Readiness and its related programs are provided in Chapter 1002, part VI, Florida Statutes, Sections, 402.3135, F.S., 402.3145, F.S., 414.1585(1), F.S., 435.04, F.S., 445.023, F.S., 445.032, F.S., 445.017, F.S., Part A, Title IV of The Social Security Act, 45 CRF Parts 74, 92, 98, 99, and 260 – 265, and Rules 6M-4 (School Readiness Program Rules), 6M-9 (Early Learning Coalition Rules), 65C-20, 21, and 22 FAC. Eligibility for all School Readiness children will be determined according to guidelines established by the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) as administered by OEL, current approved TANF state plan as administered by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Chapter 1002.81 through 1002.97 F.S. and Rule 6M-4.100, 6M -4.200, 6M -4.201-210, 6M -4.300, F.A.C. The CONTRACTOR shall provide the following ongoing primary School Readiness provider services and support to the COALITION:

  • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Xxxxxx, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.

  • Training Objectives It is important that the objectives for the employee(s) enrolling in this course or program is related to the strategic objectives of the organization for which the employee works. Provide text to explain how the training event meets agency objective(s) and purpose type.

  • Post-Award Small Business Program Re Representation If applicable, The Contractor shall report timely and accurately their small business program re-representation and update XXX.xxx.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
