SCOPE OF SERVICE AND PRICE. (a) Contractor shall provide X-ray equipment related maintenance services to Members pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The description and price for X- ray equipment related maintenance services are set forth in Exhibit B - Pricing.

SCOPE OF SERVICE AND PRICE. (a) Contractor shall provide Magnetometer equipment related maintenance services to Members pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The description and price for Magnetometer equipment related maintenance services are set forth in Exhibit B - Pricing.
SCOPE OF SERVICE AND PRICE. Contractor shall provide office supplies, copier paper and/or toner to the Purchasing Group pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The description and price for office supplies, copier paper and/ or toner that are considered Contract Items is set forth in Exhibit B1, Pricing Sheets. “Contract Item” is defined as any item or replacement item that is included in Exhibit B1, Pricing Sheets, or any amendment to this Agreement. Additionally, Contractor shall provide “Non-Contract Items” to the Purchasing Group named in this Agreement at the discounted rate set forth in Exhibit B1, Pricing Sheets. “Non-Contract Items” are defined as office supplies, copier paper and toner that Contractor is able to provide but that are not listed or included with a specific price in Exhibit B1, Pricing Sheets. Contractor’s prices set forth in Exhibit B1, Pricing Sheets, include all charges, including but not limited to, freight and delivery, cost of materials and product, overhead, profits, and other costs or expenses incidental to the Contractor’s performance under this Agreement.

Related to SCOPE OF SERVICE AND PRICE

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES Only the Xxxxxx County Board of Supervisors has the authority to agree to any extension of time, change order, change in the scope of work, change in the contract price, or other term or condition affecting either Contractor's or County's duties set forth herein. Adjustments in compensation, if any, shall be determined through negotiation between the parties to the Agreement and are subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. Contractor acknowledges that no County staff person or County officer other than the Board of Supervisors has the power to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any change not so authorized in advance in writing by the Board of Supervisors shall be null and void.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Levels of Service There are three (3) levels of service available. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) determines the level of service needed, with input from the Customer and the Contractor. The level of service is based on the nature and extent of Job Retention activities the Contractor is expected to provide to enable the Customer to learn essential job functions and retain their job for ninety (90) continuous calendar days after Job Retention services are authorized and started.

  • Transfer of Service and Seniority Effective October 10, 1986, and for employees who transfer subsequent to October 10, 1986, an employee whose status is changed from full-time to part- time shall receive credit for her full service and seniority.

  • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.
