SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. The Washington Convention Center Authority (WCCA) is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement to install and furnish Pelco, Optelecom, Lenel and Additional Spare Parts. Please set forth an hourly rate for tech support services and pricing per item. You may set forth additional services that are not included.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 The Buyer requires an Adobe ETLA to cover their current and future Adobe estate. Some products may sit outside of the Buyer’s ETLA, either because it is not an enterprise product or at the Buyer’s request due to a more cost-effective or flexible option. Such products may need to be enrolled into a VIP agreement with Adobe, or other such buying programmes.
5.2 All Adobe software and support is in scope of this contract.
5.3 Hardware products are specifically out of scope of this contract.
5.4 The current and/or desired estate of the Buyer is outlined in the Pricing Schedule and includes products such as:
5.4.1 Acrobat (standard and/or Pro)
5.4.2 Creative Cloud apps
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 The Authority requires a number of separate vehicles which have been split out into four (4) lots.
5.2 Potential Providers are invited to bid for one or more lots.
5.3 Please see Appendix F – Car Descriptions for the full specifications and volumes.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 The service will deliver a review of existing government guidance and training on Data Quality Action Plans, guidance materials to support independent implementation of the development of Data Quality Action Plans, a framework to enable identification of ‘high priority’ data quality issues, and optionally the service could provide a proof of concept project implementing the updated Data Quality Framework in a government department to demonstrate the value.
5.2 The list of requirements above is incomplete, in addition the supplier should include other suitable information they identify as useful in the course of the work.
5.3 In addition, regular updates and checkpoints with the Data Marketplace team should be maintained throughout the project to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns promptly.
5.4 The buyer will set-up and provide access to a cross-government Data Quality Working Group, but there is an expectation that the supplier will source further contacts from within department’s themselves for the purpose of gathering information for the project, and will also capture information from across all of government.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 4.1 DFID’s ISMS Scope is all information processed and stored across the DFID organisation including paper records. DFID operates common policies and IT systems across all of its offices. DFID holds a moderate amount of protectively marked material (according to the Government Security Classifications Policy) and, by comparison with other UK government departments, a limited amount of personal data, mostly relating to DFID staff and Ex-Colonial Civil Service pensioners. DFID has been assessed as being a low risk and low complexity organisation within the context of ISO/IEC 27001. All but 4 ISO/IEC 27001:2005 controls are relevant to the management of DFID’s information security risks. If pursued, the scope of ISO/IEC 22301 certification will be limited to the Business Continuity Management applied in DFID’s 2 UK Headquarters. The rationale for this is that increasingly DFID is becoming a beneficiary of a “one HMG overseas” approach to provision of business services, and BCM is a part of that overall offer. DFID Overseas offices will therefore be excluded from the scope of ISO/IEC 22301 certification.
4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the following service requirements will be included in the scope for this Contract;
4.2.1 ISO/IEC 27001 certification services for all information processed and stored across the DFID organisation in UK and overseas including paper records. Provide certification services for ISO/IEC27001 to UKAS certification standards, including transition of certificate to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 by October 2015 and certificate renewal in 2017.
4.3 The following service requirements will be excluded from the scope for this Contract;
4.3.1 ISO/IEC 22301 Business Continuity Management certification services for DFID overseas offices.
4.4 The following service requirements will be optional, and at the discretion of DIFD, to be included in the scope and awarded under the same contract for ISO/IEC27001 certification services;
4.4.1 ISO/IEC 22301 Business Continuity Management certification services for DFID’s UK Headquarters.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 Her Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO) is inviting bids to supply an SMS text messaging service for continuation of their text confirmation service.
5.2 HMPO are looking for the potential provider to supply annually up to 30 million text messages based on an average forecast.
5.3 This however is a forecasted amount based on previous usage and the Authority reserves the right to make no purchases against this agreement.
5.4 HMPO forecast there will be a requirement to purchase on average 2 million SMS texts per month, however this figure may fluctuate during peak and off peak periods.
5.5 Therefore, suppliers are requested to provide pricing within Appendix E – Pricing Matrix based on varying amount of SMS text messaging purchases per month.
5.6 Details for how the service will operate are shown below:
5.7 HM Passport Office shall data cleanse and run a report listing mobile telephone numbers (i.e. commencing 07,+447 or 447) provided on passport applications cashiered the previous day, from the Business Object XI database in an excel spread sheet. This is to be presented to the Supplier in a usable way via Excel spread sheet
5.8 The Supplier shall receive one list of mobile phone numbers in an Excel spread sheet via unencrypted email between 09:00 and 11:00 on a daily basis
5.9 The Supplier will acknowledge receipt of the list of mobile phone numbers from the Authority via email by 17:00 on the same day that they are received
5.10 The Supplier will confirm to the Authority, via e-mail by 17:00 on the same day, that all text messages have been issued to passport applicants, within SLA, and that the list of mobile phone numbers have accordingly being deleted from their system.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 The current contract services three use cases across CCS. Two of these will continue into the new contract, whilst the remaining one winds down. There are however additional requirements which have resulted in the need for a new contract, with additional features to support direct integration to CCS CRM solution. There are also ongoing discussions around the potential use in other areas of CCS who could benefit from this solution as well.
5.2 The current known business requirements are to cover;

SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 2.1. The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) are seeking creative design services for redesign of building and various corporate literature templates.
2.2. The scope of this work is as outlined below:
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. 5.1 The Supplier shall be required to provide expertise in the development of the Authorities Apprentice schemes. The service provision must include:
5.1.1 Providing advice and guidance to ensure compliance with the government Apprenticeship ▇▇▇▇, and any amendments made by ESFA during the lifetime of this contract;
5.1.2 The development, management, administration, and delivery of a training curriculum that will lead to the award of an Apprenticeship related standard and/or qualification;
5.1.3 Ensuring robust, consistent, and appropriate training processes are in place to support the development of Apprenticeships across the organisation;
5.1.4 The provision of an Individual Learner Record (ILR), a compliant online portal which allows for multiple levels of access, to enable authorised users (e.g. Apprentices, the Authorities line managers, employers, Cabinet Office, as appropriate), to log the progress of the training and development of the Apprentice throughout the scheme (Individual Learner Record); and
5.1.5 An End Point Assessment (EPA) process that will lead to the award of a certificate of Apprenticeship. The Authority would like to explore the option of providing the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
5.2 The Supplier must have the capability to support the Authority, as and when required, with the sourcing, selection and assessment, recruitment, and administration of the Apprentices; including drafting job descriptions, attracting candidates, skills screening, long-listing, and shortlisting, interview scheduling and references.
5.3 The Supplier must have the capacity within its business and processes to fully meet the requirements at the anticipated volumes referred to throughout this specification from the Contract commencement date. There is no guarantee as to the volume of Apprentices to be processed.
5.4 The Supplier must have the flexibility and scalability to be able to work with the Authority even during periods of peak demand and regardless of size and value; whilst maintaining a high level of service delivery.
5.5 The Supplier must support the future-proofing of the contract through the flexibility to add new Apprenticeships Standards that are developed and published within the scope of the contract throughout the duration of the contract and to flex their delivery to meet any changes to funding bands for particular standards.
