Common use of Scope of Representation Clause in Contracts

Scope of Representation. The scope of representation shall be as determined by the Public Employee Relations Board and Section 3543.2 of the Government Code. Nothing herein may be construed to limit the right of the DISTRICT to consult with CSEA on any matter outside the scope of representation. To the extent that any agreement arrived at through consultation is reduced to writing and embodied in this agreement or any addendum to this agreement, the provisions shall be binding on both parties.
