Scope of Interconnection Facilities Study. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall specify and estimate the cost of the equipment, engineering, procurement and construction work needed to implement the conclusions of the Interconnection System Impact Study in accordance with Good Utility Practice to physically and electrically connect the Generating Facility to the Transmission System, including any Network Upgrades identified as necessary in the Interconnection System Impact Studies or studies pursuant to a Transmission Service Request. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall also identify the electrical switching configuration of the connection equipment, including, without limitation: the transformer, switchgear, meters, and other station equipment; the nature and estimated cost of any Transmission Provider Interconnection Facilities and any Network Upgrades necessary to accomplish the interconnection, and for an Interconnection Request in conjunction with a Transmission Service Request, capacity for transmission service; and an estimate of the time required to complete the construction and installation of such facilities. Transmission Provider will not perform an Interconnection Facilities Study for more than one generating output level.
Scope of Interconnection Facilities Study. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall specify and provide a non-binding estimate of the cost of the equipment, engineering, procurement and construction work needed to implement the conclusions of the final Phase 2 or Phase 3 Report (as appropriate) in the Definitive Interconnection Study Process, the Replacement Impact Study and the Reliability Assessment Study in the Generation Replacement process, and the System Impact Study in the Serial Interconnection Study Process in accordance with Good Utility Practice to physically and electrically connect the Interconnection Facilities to the Transmission System. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall also identify the electrical switching configuration of the connection equipment, including, without limitation: the transformer, switchgear, meters, and other station equipment; the nature and estimated cost of any Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades necessary to accomplish the interconnection; and an estimate of the time required to complete the construction and installation of such facilities. The Interconnection Facilities Study will also identify any potential control equipment for requests for Interconnection Service that are lower than the Generating Facility Capacity.
Scope of Interconnection Facilities Study. Upon receipt of an executed Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement and payment of the estimated cost to perform the Interconnection Facilities Study, an Interconnection Facilities Study will be carried out by, or on behalf of, the Transmission Provider and the Transmission Provider or ITC, as applicable, shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate the Interconnection Facilities Study with any affected adjacent regional transmission organizations, transmission owners, and local distribution utilities to determine the work required to effect the physical and electrical connection of the proposed Facility at the Point of Interconnection and to address, in accordance with Good Utility Practice, reliability problems identified in the Interconnection Evaluation Study. For Generator connecting to an ITC System, the ITC will perform the Interconnection Facilities Study in coordination with the Transmission Provider. The electrical switching configuration of the connection equipment, including without limitation, transformer, switchgear and other station equipment, and required transmission lines, if any, will be determined as part of the Interconnection Facilities Study. Good faith cost estimates for Affected Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and Interconnection System Upgrades necessary to accommodate the Interconnection Request and the time required to complete construction of Affected Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and Interconnection System Upgrades will also be determined as part of the Interconnection Facilities Study. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall be performed in accordance with Good Utility Practice, including NERC planning standards, and planning standards and practices filed on FERC Form 715. The Transmission Provider or ITC, as applicable, shall apply the same standards to all generator interconnects, including those for Affected Transmission Owners who are Transmission Provider Members and their affiliates.
Scope of Interconnection Facilities Study. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall be specific to each Interconnection Request and performed on an individual, i.e. non-clustered, basis. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall specify and provide a non-binding estimate of the cost of the equipment, engineering, procurement and construction work needed to implement the conclusions of the Cluster Study Report (and any associated restudies) in accordance with Good Utility Practice to physically and electrically connect the Interconnection Facilities to the Transmission System. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall also identify the electrical switching configuration of the connection equipment, including, without limitation: the transformer, switchgear, meters, and other station equipment; the nature and estimated cost of any Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades necessary to accomplish the interconnection; and an estimate of the time required to complete the construction and installation of such facilities.
Scope of Interconnection Facilities Study. ‌ The Interconnection Facilities Study shall specify and estimate the cost of the equipment, engineering, procurement and construction work needed to implement the conclusions of the Interconnection System Impact Study report in accordance with Good Utility Practice and NERC/WECC reliability standards set forth in Section 13.7 to physically and electrically connect the Interconnection Facilities to the Transmission System.
Scope of Interconnection Facilities Study. The Interconnection Facilities Study shall specify and provide a non-binding estimate of the cost of the equipment, engineering, procurement and construction work needed to implement the conclusions of the final Phase 2 or Phase 3 Report (as appropriate) in the Definitive Interconnection Study Process and the System Impact Study in the Serial Interconnection Study Process Interconnection System Impact Study in accordance with Good Utility Practice to physically and electrically connect the Interconnection Facilityies to the Transmission System. The Facilities Study will also identify any potential control equipment for requests for Interconnection Service that are lower than the Generating Facility Capacity.
