Common use of Scope of Business Clause in Contracts

Scope of Business. As long as any of the Notes remains outstanding, the Company shall not, and shall cause its Principal Subsidiaries not to, change the scope of the principal business of the Company and its Principal Subsidiaries from that carried on as at the date of this Note; or enter into any business other than such principal business that will affect the ability of the Company to carry out its obligations under this Note.
