Scope of Access. The Researcher shall ensure that the Research Personnel access the Health Systems solely for the Permitted Purpose and in accordance with the System Access Requirements, AHS Policies, the Applicable Laws and any other conditions that may be imposed by AHS or the REB relating to the use, security, disclosure, disposal or return of the Data.

Interconnection shall include access to: (1) all switching systems served by a given STP which have been converted to SS7 signaling, including switching systems owned by other local service providers; (2) databases directly connected to a given STP, with the exception of 800/888 databases which can be accessed through any STP or which would require a separate agreement; and (3) other local service provider STPs. All interconnection access arrangements must be ordered in conjunction with the limitations and provisions specified under this agreement.

The Institute permits User access to the requested portions of the Lab during the following period: From to , 20 , The Lab will be open and accessible to User during normal working hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) on all days the University is open. After hours access to the Lab may be granted on a case-by-case basis with approval from the Institute Director. A minimum of 24-hour advance notice must be given for any such request to be considered. For recurring use during the period identified above, the User agrees to keep a log of each use of the facility and to provide that log to the XxXxxxxxxx Institute Lab Coordinator at the end date listed above.
Scope of Access. Platform Provider represents, and the Company hereby acknowledges, that Platform Provider is not a registered broker/dealer or an “investment advisor” under U.S. securities laws. Platform Provider does not, and will not, offer or participate in any offers of securities for sale or provide investment advice to others. The Company’s use of the JKBX Platform shall be solely self-directed by the Company and its associated persons. Any statements or representations made by the Company on the JKBX Platform pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to be made by the Company on its own behalf, and shall not be construed as statements or representations made by Platform Provider on behalf of the Company.
Scope of Access. This license grants access to the Internet domain (range, or ranges, of IP addresses) of the Institution as specified. This will allow an authorized user from an authorized IP address to have access to the Journal. Users not at an authorized IP address will not have access to the Journal. There are no limits on the number of users from the Institution that may use the Journal at any one time. Furthermore, this license grants access solely to faculty (permanent or visiting), students and other employees of the Institution, and on-site users of the Institution's library and campus computer network. The Institution is responsible for undertaking reasonable measures to prevent access by unauthorized persons to its authorized IP addresses, and is responsible for terminating any unauthorized access of which it has actual notice or knowledge.
Scope of Access a. Remote access is the act of connecting to County of Santa Xxxxx (“County”) systems from a non-County system through a public network or non-County network infrastructure. Systems include personal computers, workstations, servers and/or any device with network capabilities (e.g., a workstation with an attached modem, routers, switches, laptop computers, handheld devices). County hereby grants remote access to the following County systems at the locations listed collectively referred to as “IS,” in accordance with the terms of the Agreement: County Systems: Vocational Service & Appeals System (VSAS) and no others. All other access is prohibited.
Scope of Access. During the Term of this Agreement, University will allow Company to access the METEC property and facilities on a non-exclusive basis. Company will coordinate its access times and space use with the University.
