SCOPE AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 Scope This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which shall govern the use of and payment for Directory Assistance (DA) Service and IntraLATA Call Completion Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”) to be provided by Xxxx Atlantic, or its affiliated companies, to Carrier. Carrier shall subscribe to and pay for Services for Carrier’s local exchange customers in the ___________ LATA(s).

The Consultant hereby agrees to provide the necessary personnel and facilities to render planning and other professional services to the City as hereinafter set forth for a period of twelve (12) months beginning on the day of , 2018, and ending the of , 2019. Primary assistance rendered by the Consultant shall be in the field of comprehensive planning, zoning administration and community development by the Consultant's team, provided, however, that the Consultant’s staff resources shall be available as requested by the City.
