SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. L2.01 The employer being the Lambton Kent District School Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (E.T.F.O.), hereinafter referred to as the Union, as the bargaining agent for all teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel, including junior kindergarten through and including grade eight, save and except occasional teachers.
