Scope and Limitations of Agreement. 1.1 This Agreement shall be used for all approved interconnection requests for distributed generation facilities that fall under Levels 2, 3, and 4 according to the procedures set forth in Iowa Utilities Board chapter 45 rules on Electric Interconnection of Distributed Generation Facilities (199 IAC 45).
