Scope and Entry into Force. The Client shall be deemed to have accepted without reservation the entire Agreement, which comes into force, unless otherwise stipulated in writing and accepted by MARMELAB, as from the signature of the Special Terms and Conditions or the commencement of any performance of Services. Except with MARMELAB's express written consent, no general or specific stipulation contained in the documents sent or delivered by the Client, including its general purchase conditions, may be incorporated herein. Unless otherwise agreed and unless the Client has expressly contested their content, these Terms of Services shall also apply to all future business relations between the Client and MARMELAB, without MARMELAB having to refer to them again in each individual case.

  • Entry into Force 1. Each of the Contracting Parties shall notify the other in writing of the completion of the procedures required by its law for the entry into force of this Agreement.
