School Site Council. The Washington Union School Site Council meets monthly to monitor and provide input to the school program. Each month, October through May, the SSC meets after school at WUS. Elected parents, staff members and others participate in monthly curricular presentations. Opportunities are available parents to provide suggestions for instructional improvement. The SSC works with the staff to develop a school plan that will provide a guide for instructional programs, both regular education and special education, and stu- dent services. Each spring the District conducts an annual survey to determine satisfaction with the school program. Results of these surveys are available for public review in the school office. Each year the SSC presents to the Board of Trustees an annual report. This report reviews the accomplishments of the Single School Plan Goals during the year.

School Site Council. The School Site Council (SSC) will be composed of the principal, teachers, classified staff, and parents from each school. The SSC will help ensure that the RSDC Board of Trustees receives input from the school-­‐level. The SSC will seek to empower and inform parents in the education of their children, the allocation of school resources, and the building of community and culture at their specific school. Additionally, Rocketship’s SSCs will not only be an open forum for parents, but will also have opportunities for parents’ professional development (through guided exposure to data and analyses, and training around budget review).   • Site Safety Buyer shall comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards applicable to the Site and to the Equipment and/or Product on which Siemens will perform the Services. Siemens shall not be obligated to commence or perform Services unless Buyer’s Site complies with all applicable safety requirements. In the event Buyer’s Site safety is non-compliant, Siemens may suspend the Services until such time as Buyer corrects the non-compliance. To the extent Siemens incurs additional time and expense as the result of Buyer’s non-compliance, Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule, price and other affected provisions of the Agreement.

  • Access Management The Engineer shall coordinate and evaluate access management within the project limits in accordance with the latest State Access Management Manual or as directed by the State.

  • Level Two - Superintendent If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision is reached within six (6) school days after the grievance was referred to the building principal or immediate supervisor, then within ten (10) school days a written grievance shall be referred to the Superintendent. A decision shall be rendered by the Superintendent within ten (10) school days after its presentation.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Stewards Training Courses 22.6.1 Where operational requirements permit, the Council may grant leave without pay to a xxxxxxx to undertake training related to the duties of a xxxxxxx.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines.
