SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER ASSIGNMENT. 1. The Employer and the CPOA agree that the normal assigned work week for the SRO during the school calendar year shall be day shift, Monday through Friday, based on a 5/2 work schedule, not to exceed nine (9) hours per day, inclusive of a one-half (.5) hour paid lunch. The normal shift starting time for the SRO shall be 0730 hours (7:30AM). The normal shift ending time shall be 1630 hours (4:30PM).

SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER ASSIGNMENT. The assignment of an officer to the position of school resource officer is made in order to provide for greater experience and opportunity for increased responsibilities of safety and presence in the Montpelier School System. This assignment is not considered a promotion. This officer benefits from this position with a schedule of day shift during the week, as well as other benefits. These benefits may be changed based on the operational needs of the department and the continued funding of this position. It is intended that the assignment to school resource officer would be for no less than two (2) years. It is recognized the need of a school resource officer, and as such, the position should remain filled unless there is an operational need to reassign the officer or a loss of school funding for the position.
SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER ASSIGNMENT. 5.1 When a SRO position becomes available, notice should be given to all sworn employees through regular department posting procedures. The officer should then be interviewed by a board consisting of police department personnel and DISTRICT employees, with the final selection being made by the Chief of Police and the PSUSD Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee(s). Non-degree nurses shall be placed on the BA Track of the Teachers Salary Schedule and shall be ineligible for movement to any other track.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.
