SCHOOL ORGANIZATION. 61.01 Units of Administrative Strength: 61.01.01 One hundred and ninety eight (198) Units of Administrative Strength shall be allocated to the schools on a prorated basis according to the Board-approved ADE for the subsequent school year. Four (4) additional Units of Administrative Strength shall exist to be applied by the Board where necessary in order to buffer against decreases in ADE within schools.
