Common use of SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE. Bethesda shall provide all food service and meet the requirements ofAppendix 3 of the 2003/2008 Guidelines regarding Private Alternative Education Institutions set forth on page 36, items 21-2c and all state and local statutes regarding food safety, inspections, and sanitation for students at the West 18th Education Center.

The Erie County Technical School will provide all food services for students at that location.
