Related to School Fee

  • Annual Fee As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall be entitled to receive an annual fee (the “Annual Fee”) with respect to each Annual Period prior to the termination of the Issuer, in an amount equal to $5,000.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (SEE SCHEDULE - ACCUMULATION PERIOD) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Account Value on each anniversary of the Account Effective Date and upon withdrawal of the entire Account.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT FEE Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 1.5 percent on the purchase price for all Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax).

  • Initiation Fee B. A graduate student employee may consent in writing to the authorization of the deduction of the one-time initiation fee and Union dues, or of agency fees, from their pay and to the designation of the Local as the recipient thereof.   • Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.

  • Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. In the event of changes to the statutory value-added tax payable and/or if any additional taxes/levies have to be paid, the fee specified above may be recalculated accordingly.

  • Residence Fees The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Tables 2, 3 and 4 also detail additional Fees that the Resident is subject to, including the cost of Extended Terms. If a hard copy of this Agreement is required by the Manager, the Resident is required to select one of the payment schedule options, by initialing their desired option.

  • Reservation Fee The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of Contract (room and board fees) and is due with Contract submission. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit. If the University is unable to accept Contract and provide a room due to space limitations, the Reservation Fee will be fully refunded.

  • Fee In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.
