School District Policies and Procedures. The Contractor shall comply with any and all laws, rules, ordinances, policies, procedures and regulations, including any licensing and permitting requirements, applicable to providing the Products/Services anticipated under this Contract. The Contractor, including its employees and agents, shall be responsible for knowing the School District’s policies and procedures concerning appropriate behavior of persons in School District facilities and, on School District properties, including for example, the prohibitions of sexual harassment and smoking, and shall comply with all such policies. The School District shall use its best efforts, as reasonably requested by the Contractor, to assist the Contractor to comply with any and all applicable federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations. The Contractor represents and warrants to the School District that it shall at all times be in compliance with any and all applicable federal and state laws, rules, ordinances, policies, procedures and regulations and licensing and permitting requirement applicable to providing the Products/Services.

School District Policies and Procedures. University shall ensure that each student is aware of and understands all applicable School District policies and procedures and shall require each student to conform to all such School District policies, procedures, regulations, standards for health, safety, cooperation, ethical behavior, and any additional requirements and restrictions agreed upon by representatives of School District and University.
