School Day. A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time.
School Day. A. Notwithstanding Section 7.4, the length of the Teacher work day shall be seven hours and thirty minutes at the secondary level and seven hours at the elementary level. The length of the student day shall be seven hours at the secondary level and six and a half hours at the elementary level. However, all Teachers shall have the same starting and ending time at the assigned building.
School Day. The school day for members of the bargaining unit shall not exceed seven and one-half (7½) hours of consecutive time which shall include a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of no less than thirty (30) minutes.
School Day. 9.2.1 Elementary teachers shall report to work no less than 20 minutes before the regular beginning time of the school day and shall remain on duty for at least 15 minutes after the closing time of school.
School Day. All teachers may be assigned appropriate starting and dismissal times, provided that their total workday will be no longer than seven and one-quarter (7-1/4) hours, including the duty-free lunch period of at least thirty (30) consecutive minutes.
School Day. 10.2.1 With the sole exception of the outside school day professional development set forth in Article 10.3 of this Agreement, the length of the school workday shall not exceed seven (7) hours and fifteen (15) minutes, inclusive of a minimum of a thirty (30) minute duty-free, uninterrupted lunch with three (3) minutes on each end of the lunch for purpose of changing classes.

School Day. Under normal conditions, the school work day for teachers shall not exceed seven (7) hours and thirty (30) minutes as scheduled by the Board and Administration.

The school day is no longer than seven (7) hours, which is inclusive of a thirty (30) minute continuous, duty-free uninterrupted lunch and an average of no less than forty-one (41) minutes of daily planning time and preparation period or time. In the event of a teachers meeting/emergency the day may be extended, on very short notice, to seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours. Daily planning time for full-time teachers assigned to grades K-5 shall include one block of at least thirty-five (35) consecutive minutes.
School Day. 1. It has been the policy of the School Committee not to stipulate the time teachers should arrive at school or at what time they should leave. It is agreed that teachers as professionals should be aware of their responsibility to be in their classrooms when their students arrive and their responsibility to be available to students for make-up work and special help when this is needed. The practice of handling this in a professional manner shall be continued.
