SCHOOL COMMUNICATION. The Association has the right to use the regular school mailboxes and email. An email account and document folder will be established for Association use and access by bargaining unit members. All Association use of the District’s computer systems shall be in accordance with the District’s Acceptable Use Policy and shall be subject to available server space.

SCHOOL COMMUNICATION. The union shall have the right to reasonable use of the district mail service, employee mailboxes, and electronic mail to communicate with employees in quantities which do not interfere with regular school mail operations.
SCHOOL COMMUNICATION. Every effort shall be made to assure that prompt, professional, and effective communication occurs between school- based administration and teachers. Each school will develop a mechanism for this communication to occur within that school. The principal shall notify the Superintendent, and the building rep will notify the Association, of the mutually agreed upon structure of the communication model that will be used in a particular school. A written record shall be maintained of any meetings or topics that are discussed. Communications will occur on a monthly basis.
SCHOOL COMMUNICATION. Parents/guardians are encouraged to maintain regular communication with the school using a variety of means. The primary point of contact about concerns about your child’s learning, social development or other points is your child’s classroom teacher. If you have contacted the teacher and feel an issue has not been resolved, please feel free to contact Xx. Xxxxxx. MCS has an open door policy and welcomes parents to our school. However, for safety reasons, we ask that you sign in at the office when you arrive. PLEASE contact the school prior to 9:00 am to report your child absent. Xxxxxxx - Quick notes and appointments can be passed through your child’s agenda. Telephone - Parents are able to call the school (000-000-0000) in order to obtain information or to arrange meetings with staff. Please note that teachers will not be called out of class to answer telephone calls unless they are of an emergency nature. Meetings - Parents can arrange a meeting with a teacher or school administrator by calling the school. E-mail - Parents are able to contact teachers via email. These email addresses are available on the school website if you require.

It is important to us and helps build a community of trust and understanding that is at the heart of a good school. If you would like to share something with us, our staff are always pleased to make time to speak with you face to face. ✓ To speak to a teacher or the headteacher please call the school office to make an appointment. You can also speak directly to your child's class teacher after school every day to pass on a piece of information or book in a meeting. ✓ Teachers are available at the start of the day to pass on a quick message or ask a quick question – for longer conversations, please arrange a meeting so they can dedicate the time and attention that you require. ✓ We do not use email for extended communications with parents or carers. If you do email us your concerns we will offer to meet with you face to face and not respond by e mail to the issues you raise. Good communication and understanding relies much more on body language, tone of voice and empathy than it does in simple words in an email, and we want our communication with you to be clear, open, honest and productive. ✓ In common with most schools, we do not consent to any conversations at school being recorded. ✓ We give permission for parents, carers and family members of pupils to photograph a school event – such as Nativity, Class Assemblies and Sports Days. We politely request that these images are not used on social media. Videoing events is not permitted unless there is consent from the headteacher. ✓ Whats App class groups can be a useful means of communication between parents and sharing information about the school day. However, if you have any queries about daily school arrangements/management decisions please contact the school directly. When accepting a place at St Jude’s, you are agreeing to the Home School Agreement outlined above.

  • Union Communications (a) The Employer will provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union. The sites will be determined by mutual agreement. The use of the bulletin boards is restricted to the affairs of the Union.

  • Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.

  • Hazard Communication Contractor will notify University prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which University employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437. Upon University's request, Contractor will immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets, as required by OAR Chapter 437, for the products subject to this provision.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information.
