SCHOOL CLOSING - LEAVE DAYS. A. When the school and school offices are officially closed by the Superintendent or designee, leave days previously arranged by an Employee will not be deducted if the Employee in his/her job classification and building assignment has been excused from reporting to work.
SCHOOL CLOSING - LEAVE DAYS. When District schools and school offices are officially closed by the Superintendent, no sick days or personal days previously arranged by a ParaEducator will be deducted for such emergency days. In such instances ParaEducators shall be compensated at their regular full day rate.
SCHOOL CLOSING - LEAVE DAYS. The Board will grant compensation for the emergency closing day(s) missed, which are those days when schools are officially closed by the Superintendent or the Board. As a result of receiving pay for any emergency closing days, ten- month FLOSS employees must make up those paid emergency closing days at the end of the school term. If an employee leaves the employment of the school district prior to the end of the school year, or does not work the make-up day(s), the emergency closing day(s) will be deducted from the last paycheck.
SCHOOL CLOSING - LEAVE DAYS. 17 When the schools or school offices are officially closed, no leave previously arranged by a 18 teacher will be deducted.
