School Calendar/School Day Schedule. The Academy shall comply with all minimum standards governing the length of the school term, minimum number of days and hours of instruction required by Applicable Law. The Academy agrees to make available to the CSO Office a copy of the School Calendar/School Day Schedule for each academic school year no later than July 1st. A copy of the School Calendar/School Day Schedule shall be automatically incorporated into the Schedules, without the need for an amendment under Article IX of the Terms and Conditions.
