Bus Routes A regular home-to-school, school-to-home, or a regularly scheduled mid-day 47 route.
School Business A teacher may be granted temporary leave to conduct business for the school system at the direction of the Superintendent.
Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will not be added until approved by Boys & Girls Clubs and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require seven (7) calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date of implementation.
Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.
Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment. A Purchase Order (“PO”), Agreement or Contract is the TIPS Member’s approval providing the authority to proceed with the negotiated delivery order under the Agreement. Special terms and conditions as agreed between the Vendor and TIPS Member should be added as addendums to the Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract. Items such as certificate of insurance, bonding requirements, small or disadvantaged business goals are some, but not all, of the possible addendums.
Users Licensee is responsible for each User’s compliance with this XXXX. Licensee will ensure that all use of the Software by Users is in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.
Goods and Services 4.3.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods and/or the Services provided are fit for the purposes that may reasonably be inferred from the technical specifications and in accordance with the timetable for performance defined in the Contract. Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.
Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
Baggage and Cargo THE CARRIER shall be liable for loss, destruction or damage to cargo or checked baggage if the act causing the damages occurred during air transportation.
