School Buildings and Equipment. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of school buildings and equipment. Meetings of the Association may be held during the school day in accordance with regulations established by the building principal.

School Buildings and Equipment. The Association and its representatives shall normally be allowed the use of school buildings for meetings after school hours and for one half hour after/or during in-service days in accordance with mutual arrangements. Whenever granted permission to use school equipment, supplies and telephone for educational purposes, specific arrangements shall be made with the principal of the building at no additional cost to the Board.

  • Property and Equipment All property and equipment purchased by CONTRACTOR with funds received under this Agreement, or purchased on behalf of CONTRACTOR for the program site(s) covered under this Agreement, shall be insured by CONTRACTOR at replacement value against fire, theft, and destruction equal to the full replacement cost.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.
