School Board Support. The SCHOOL BOARD shall appoint a school liaison to oversee the SRD component of the school district and be a primary contact at the District level. The SCHOOL BOARD shall support the ability of the SRD to perform his/her duties by adequately supplying the following equipment: A private, air conditioned, properly lighted and centrally located office. Only the Principal and SRD shall have access to this office. A private telephone for confidential business purposes; A computer with a direct printer for report writing and other job related duties; A desk with locking drawers for storage of confidential files; Basic office supplies; A digital camera [replaced as needed] for each SRD for documenting evidence, suspects, and crime scenes;
School Board Support i. The District’s School Safety Specialist or designee (also referred to as the liaison) will coordinate the SRD program for the school district and be the primary contact at the District level with the SHERIFF.

The committee shall meet regularly commencing no later than November 30, 2015 and recommendations will be made to the Minister of Education by April 30, 2016. Terms of reference will be jointly developed to inform the scope of discussions and recommendations.   • Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.
