School based apprentices. F.2.1 A school-based apprentice is a person who is undertaking an apprenticeship in accordance with this schedule while also undertaking a course of secondary education.

School based apprentices. 18.4.1 The object of this clause is to assist persons who are undertaking an apprenticeship under a training contract while also enrolled in the Higher School Certificate. Such school based apprenticeships are undertaken at a minimum Certificate III Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualification level as specified in the relevant Vocational Training Order pursuant to the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Xxx 0000 (NSW).

Wage rates The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices, as set out in Appendix B. Off-the-job training A school based apprentice is allowed, over the duration of the apprenticeship, the same amount of time to attend off-the-job training as an equivalent full-time apprentice. For the purposes of this sub-clause, off-the-job training is structured training delivered by a Registered Training Organisation separate from normal work duties or general supervised practice undertaken on-the-job. School based apprentices. School-based apprentices will be managed in accordance with Schedule C of the Victorian Local Government Award 2015, as varied from time to time. The minimum weekly rates of pay applicable to apprentices shall be in accordance with Schedule C of the Victorian Local Government Award 2015, plus five (5) cents.
School based apprentices. 11.8.1 In accordance with individual Employee’s Training Contracts and/or individual letters of offer, an Employee may be initially engaged as a School-Based Apprentice.
