SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION. If you are eligible for a FedUni advertised Scholarship for international students, a separate Scholarship letter will be sent to you to confirm your scholarship. If you would like to apply for an accommodation scholarship, the first step is to REGISTER your details with our accommodation team. Please follow your personal link in this Offer to REGISTER. If you do not register through the link provided here in your Offer , you will not be able to apply for an accommodation scholarship.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION. I understand that the Xxxx Xxxxxx pageant is a scholarship program with a $3,000 scholarship being awarded to the queen, $1,500 to the first attendant, and $1,000 to the second attendant. If I am chosen as Xxxx Xxxxxx or an attendant, I agree to complete the necessary hours of service within Sevier County to obtain scholarship funds. Hours are as follows: queen (100 Hours), first attendant (75 Hours), and second attendant (50 Hours). I agree to provide a log detailing my hours of service prior to requesting and receiving any scholarship funds. If chosen as Xxxx Xxxxxx, I understand that scholarship funds will not be available to me until after I complete my year of service including all required service hours, duties and until the next year’s Xxxx Xxxxxx pageant is over, no earlier than the end of June the year following of the pageant in which I was named queen. If chosen as an attendant to Xxxx Xxxxxx, I understand that scholarship funds will not be available to me until after I complete my required service hours and no earlier than January 15th of the year following the pageant in which I was named and attendant I agree and understand that I will not be paid any scholarship funds directly. Instead, all funds must be paid to an educational institution or other organization related to my schooling. I understand that scholarship monies cannot be used on behalf of a future spouse, family member or friend.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION. BCC students who have completed 12 non-remedial credits are encouraged to apply for the Xxxxxx Foundation Leadership program that includes scholarships for associate degrees (up to $3000 per year) and bachelor’s degrees (up to $25,000 per year) and additional funding to assist with living expenses.   • Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.

  • Treatment of Confidential Information (a) The Parties shall not, and shall cause all other Persons providing Services or having access to information of the other Party that is known to such Party as confidential or proprietary (the “Confidential Information”) not to, disclose to any other Person or use, except for purposes of this Agreement, any Confidential Information of the other Party; provided, however, that the Confidential Information may be used by such Party to the extent that such Confidential Information has been (i) in the public domain through no fault of such Party or any member of such Group or any of their respective Representatives or (ii) later lawfully acquired from other sources by such Party (or any member of such Party’s Group), which sources are not themselves bound by a confidentiality obligation; provided, further, that each Party may disclose Confidential Information of the other Party, to the extent not prohibited by applicable Law: (A) to its Representatives on a need-to-know basis in connection with the performance of such Party’s obligations under this Agreement; (B) in any report, statement, testimony or other submission required to be made to any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the disclosing Party; or (C) in order to comply with applicable Law, or in response to any summons, subpoena or other legal process or formal or informal investigative demand issued to the disclosing Party in the course of any litigation, investigation or administrative proceeding. In the event that a Party becomes legally compelled (based on advice of counsel) by deposition, interrogatory, request for documents subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar judicial or administrative process to disclose any Confidential Information of the other Party, such disclosing Party shall provide the other Party with prompt prior written notice of such requirement, and, to the extent reasonably practicable, cooperate with the other Party (at such other Party’s expense) to obtain a protective order or similar remedy to cause such Confidential Information not to be disclosed, including interposing all available objections thereto, such as objections based on settlement privilege. In the event that such protective order or other similar remedy is not obtained, the disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information that has been legally compelled, and shall exercise its commercially reasonable efforts (at such other Party’s expense) to obtain assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded such Confidential Information.

  • Student Information Those living in The Village hereby agree that the Owner shall receive all Student information provided in the Agreement and waives and releases Owner from any duty of confidentiality that may apply to such information.
