Common use of Scholarly Sharing Clause in Contracts

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, the Authorized Users may transmit to a third party party, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts or a portion of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensorthe Distributor and/or the Publisher.

On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party party, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensorthe Distributor and the Publisher.

On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific non commercial research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by the Licensor.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor. For the avoidance of doubt, making Licensed Materials freely available in any manner that could damage the interests of the Licensor is not allowed.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, an Authorized Users User may transmit to a third party another Authorized User, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts or a portion of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensorthe Distributor and the Publisher.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensorthe Distributor and Publisher, and provided further that such transmission shall only be in response to an individual request from such third party.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, the Authorized Users may transmit to a third party another Authorized user, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts or a portion of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensorthe Distributor and/or the Publisher.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor. For the avoidance of doubt, entire articles, issues, or volumes of the Licensed Materials may not be shared except as permitted in this Agreement.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, the Authorized Users may transmit to a third party party, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts or a portion of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensorthe Distributor and/or the Publisher and provided further that such transmission shall only be in response to an individual request from such third party.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to an individual third party, on a third party one-to-one basis, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal non- commercial use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional non-commercial use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor.

Scholarly Sharing. On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials Exports for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor.
