Scholarly Communication Rights. I understand that I retain the copyright in the article and that no rights in pattern, trademarks or other intellectual property rights are transferred to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx xxx Batik. As author of the article, I understand that I shall have the same rights to reuse the article as those allowed to third party users (and the journal) of the article under the CC-BY license.   • Union Communications (a) The Employer will provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union. The sites will be determined by mutual agreement. The use of the bulletin boards is restricted to the affairs of the Union.
