Scheme Consideration. (a) Each Scheme Shareholder will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of each of their Scheme Shares, on and subject to the terms of the Scheme.

This amount, when aggregated with the May 2020 Distribution of 4.5 GBP xxxxx (gross) per Atlantic Leaf Share to be paid to Atlantic Leaf Shareholders on or around 25 May 2020 amounts to an aggregate of 85.0 GBP xxxxx.
