Schematic Drawings. If the Schematic Drawings depicting the layout of the Premises and the location of the Lessee Improvements therein (the "Schematic Drawings") have already been prepared and approved by Lessor and Lessee prior to the full execution of this Lease (which includes this Agreement), then same shall be attached hereto as Exhibit C-3") and made a part hereof. If the Schematic Drawings are not attached as Exhibit "C-3" hereto at the time this Lease is fully executed, then the following procedure shall be used to prepare and approve of the Schematic Drawings. No later than three business (3) days following the full execution of this Lease, Lessee shall meet with the Architect and Continental Development Corporation and determine such information as is necessary or appropriate for the Architect to prepare the Schematic Drawings and other information necessary for each party to insure satisfactory compliance with all aspects of this Agreement. Such information shall include, but not be limited to, building standard unit costs, basic core and shell systems performance criteria and above standard components. This information is to be provided within eight (8) business days of the date of execution. Such Schematic Drawings, upon completion thereof (which in no event shall be more than thirteen (13) business days after the execution of this Lease), shall be submitted to Lessor and Lessee for approval. Within five (5) days after Lessee's receipt of such Schematic Drawings, Lessee shall notify Lessor and Architect of the changes, if any, which Lessee desires to make to such Schematic Drawings, which notice shall be in writing and shall identify with specificity the changes which Lessee desires to make and shall attach a copy of the Schematic Drawings initialed by Lessee and showing the desired changes (the "Lessee's Schematic Notice"). Within five (5) business days following Lessor's receipt of the Schematic Drawings and Lessee's Schematic Notice, Lessor shall either approve or disapprove thereof. If Lessor disapproves, Lessor shall specify in writing the changes which Lessor requires and the Schematic Drawings shall be revised by the Architect to reflect those changes described in Lessee's Schematic Notice which are not disapproved by Lessor and such other items needed to satisfy EXHIBIT "C"
Schematic Drawings. The Redeveloper has prepared Schematic Drawings showing the preliminary size, shape, and location of the Redeveloper Public Improvements. Such Schematic Drawings will serve as the basis for development of final plans and specifications for the Redeveloper Public Improvements to be constructed by the Redeveloper.

If Landlord disapproves the proposed schematic drawings, this process shall be repeated until Landlord's approval is obtained; provided, however, that Tenant shall only make such changes to the proposed schematic drawings which address the reasons Landlord specified for its disapproval of the proposed schematic drawings. The approved schematic drawings are hereinafter referred to as the "Final Schematic Drawings."

Schematic Drawings. Landlord shall cause the Architect, in line with time periods provided for on the Schedule to deliver to Tenant schematic drawings for the Tenant Improvements (the “Schematic Drawings”). Not more than 5 days thereafter, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord and the Architect the written objections, questions or comments of Tenant with regard to the applicable Schematic Drawings; provided, however, that Tenant may not disapprove any matter that is consistent with the applicable Space Plans without submitting a Change Request. Landlord shall cause the applicable Schematic Drawings to be revised to address such written comments and shall resubmit said drawings to Tenant for approval within 5 days thereafter. Such process shall continue until Landlord and Tenant have approved the applicable Schematic Drawings. The failure (other than as a result of Landlord’s failure to (i) deliver the Schematic Drawings within the time period provided above or (ii) timely respond to Tenant) to complete the Schematic Drawings for the Tenant Improvements in compliance with the Schedule shall constitute a Tenant Delay. Any disputes regarding the applicable Schematic Drawings shall be resolved in accordance with Section 2(f) hereof. Provided that the design reflected in the Schematic Drawings is consistent with the applicable Space Plans, Tenant shall approve such Schematic Drawings submitted by Architect, unless Tenant submits a Change Request.
Schematic Drawings. Prior to execution of an LOI, Program Manager will work with the Designated Architect to create a schematic drawing plan (the "SD") for the proposed location. The SD includes a floor plan with room uses and dimensions and minor equipment features. The SD will incorporate the standards of Franchisor's store prototype. Additionally, Program Manager or the Designated Architect will block out areas for fixtures, furnishings, and equipment ( "FF&E”). Program Manager and the Designated Architect will prepare up to 3 revisions of the SDs as a service included in the Program Management Fee. Revisions beyond the 3rd revision to the SDs will be at Company's expense at the then-current rates of the Designated Architect, pursuant to the Architecture Contract.
Schematic Drawings. Architect shall perform all Services required to prepare preliminary studies, schematic drawings, and site utilization plans that are necessary for the Projects, incorporating the functional requirements of District. The schematic drawings and site utilization plans shall show the ultimate development at the site and shall include any revisions that are required by District.
