Common use of Schematic Design Clause in Contracts

Schematic Design. Within twenty-five (25) calendar days after the Schematic Design documents have been prepared by the Program Manager and approved by Owner, Design-Builder shall prepare for the review by the Program Manager and approval by the Owner of a more detailed construction cost estimate with supporting data. During the preparation of the Design Development documents, Design-Builder shall update and refine this estimate at appropriate intervals agreed to by Owner, Program Manager, and Design-Builder.

During the preparation of the Design Development documents, Design-Builder shall update and refine this estimate at appropriate intervals agreed to by Owner, Program ManagerExecutive Administrator, and Design-Builder.
