Common use of Schematic Design Documents Clause in Contracts

Schematic Design Documents. The Design Professional shall prepare Schematic Design Documents for the Project which shall consist of Drawings and other documents which illustrate the principal components of the Project and the relationship of the principal components of the Project. The Schematic Design Documents shall also include an outline of the Specifications. See Attachment “A” – Schematic Design Criteria.
